A German native, I've spent the last three years working in both an agency environment, with clients like Adobe, Boohoo and Breville, as well as in-house for Google Play Points and MyMcDonald's Rewards.

My biggest achievements so far
MYMCDONALD'S REWARDS
I am developing and executing the consumer facing launch campaign for McDonald's loyalty program - MyMcDonald's Rewards. From TV, social and other paid channels to CRM and POP, I am the main point of contact for all customer touch points. It doesn't happen often that a market leader is launching a rewards program and it is going to be huge!
PROMOTION SPECIALIST
My passion to create purposeful, data driven strategies has led me to be the promotions specialist in my team at Google Play Points. I am responsible for the planning and execution of international promotion campaigns with an annual multimillion-dollar budget. I trained team members and am the first point of contact for any upcoming promotions.
PRESTIGE CLIENT
During my time as an Advertising Specialist, I was able to secure a prosperous client relationship with a prestigious german streaming provider. Due to the strategy I developed for their launch campaign, I was able to outperform the client’s in-house advertising activities in cost, and reach, while increasing customer engagement by 204%.

Steered the consumer marketing strategy for the launch of MyMcDonald’s Rewards in the UK, with a multimillion-pound budget, exceeding expected active customers by 95%
Lead multiple creative and media agencies and cross-functional stakeholders, to bring the marketing campaign of McDonald’s biggest launch to life, across owned, paid, social, activations, and influencer channels
Oversaw the entire creative asset development process across channels, leveraging multi-product narratives under the MyMcDonald’s Rewards Hub
Owned the development and execution of the annual marketing calendar for MyMcDonald’s Rewards
Drove the optimisation of the consumer marketing strategy by leveraging customer insights, gained from developing a program health report, and initiating research projects
Revolutionised the onboarding process by formalising and streamlining documentation, while encouraging growth of junior team members by giving them avenues to take on more responsibility
